Background

Transforming Wigan was one of the first Strategic Development initiatives funded by the Church of England in the Diocese of Liverpool. The overall objective is to turn around the mission and financial strength of the church through re-envisioning and resourcing a renewed strategy for growth. Revd Tim Montgomery was appointed in 2015 to be the Director of Mission for this initiative.
